Dariauna Lewis scored 17 points and pulled down 15 rebounds. Shechaniah McGhee scored 12 points in the win.
Millard West was led by Lauren West with 22 points.
Omaha North finishes the regular season this week with games Tuesday at home against Burke and on Saturday at Papillion-LaVista.
